Dr. Phil Karber will discuss current Russian operations, the Kremlin’s ultimate objectives, and implications for the United States of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The Free Burma Rangers (FBR) is a humanitarian service movement for oppressed ethnic minorities of all races and religions in the Burma, Kurdistan, and Sudan war zones. The FBR was founded in 1997 by Mr. Dave Eubank, a former Special Forces and Ranger officer. As of recently, members of the FBR have provided relief to the people of Iraq as their homes were ravaged by war during the counter-ISIS campaign.
