Modern War Institute Adjunct Scholar Dr. Andrew Bacevich is a Professor Emeritus of the International Relations and History at Boston University in Boston. A retired army colonel, Dr. Bacevich has written several books including “The Limits of American Power” and “Washington Rules: America’s Path to Permanent War”.
