In October 2018, the Modern War Institute joined with the Center on National Security at Fordham Law to host a symposium that tackled the question of what policy options the United States government should pursue in Ukraine. Guests included senior officials from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and more.
