Brian Babcock-Lumish is the director of the General David H. Petraeus Center for Emerging Leaders at the Institute for the Study of War and an adjunct associate professor in the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University. Prior to joining ISW and Georgetown, he served as a US Army military intelligence officer, retiring after twenty-four years in uniform.
