Deputy Director

Lt. Col. Jeremy J. Fox currently serves as the deputy director of the Modern War Institute at West Point and as an instructor within the Defense and Strategic Studies program. He began his career as an infantry officer, deploying with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) to Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom IV and VII. He then transitioned to the Signal Corps where he held various command and staff positions in both NETCOM and FORSCOM organizations in the United States and Indo-Pacific region. Prior to joining MWI, he served as the assistant chief of staff (G6) of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Daegu, Republic of Korea.

He holds a BA in criminal justice from Norwich University, an MA in information technology management from Webster University, and is currently pursing an MBA from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill.
